Crispin joined MGM Cinemas as a cinema manager in 1992 after completing a BSc in Mathematical Studies at Southampton University.
After two years in the field, Crispin moved to Head Office to run special projects. Following Virgin’s acquisition of MGM in 1995 Crispin moved on to develop and implement the Virgin cinema offers including bars, Premier Screens, Movie Stores and the Megapass (the predecessor of Unlimited).
In 2000, after the acquisition by UGC, Crispin took responsibility for the retail side of the UK/Ireland business. Since 2004, he has been Head Of Retail for Cineworld Cinemas and overseen the harmonisation of Retail within the two businesses, from product ranges and contracts to new offers and promotional activity.
In early 2008 he was promoted to Head Of Film & Retail.
