V.A.T.

Events that take place in the UK are liable for UK VAT as they are classed under VAT legislation as 'services' and therefore VAT is chargeable at source.

Overseas delegates must pay the VAT charged on their invoice initially but can claim this back from the UK VAT office. For information on reclaiming VAT see Notice no 723 which can be obtained from www.hmrc.gov.uk

Data Protection

By entering your details in the fields provided on the online booking pages, you agree to allow RAAM Management and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us in writing.

Booking Condition

Confirmation and invoice will be sent by e-mail, from our office within 3-5 working days from receipt of your booking. All payments must be made by BACs in accordance with the Payment Terms as show on your invoice. Bank payment details are shown on your invoice. If payment has not been received, access to the awards dinner will be refused and the charge for table will be due. Refer to cancellation terms below.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before 20th December 2009 will be charged at 10% of the booking cost including VAT. Cancellations made after this date will be charged at the full invoice total.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Access Requirement

To help us ensure that all guests attending the Awards Dinner are able to participate, please let us know about any access requirements you or your guests may have by contacting our office on 0141 357 1991.

Dietary Requirements

We always provide vegetarian options. Please inform us if you need to cater for any other dietary requirements.
